[rabbitmq-discuss] rabbitmq-stomp 2.5.1 does not respect the spec wrt content-type

I have replied to Hiram's note, thank you. It is now clear where we went wrong, thanks to Tony Garnock-Jones's clear interjection:

I'm now testing a fix that will prevent us inserting a content-type when one is not supplied, and this should make the next release.
