[rabbitmq-discuss] Management plugin preview release

After more investigation I checked rabbit-sasl.log and found problems with the checked out version of rabbit-mochiweb. I cleared out all existing plugins and replaced them with the compiled 2.1.0 versions available at http://www.rabbitmq.com/plugins.html#rabbitmq-management and now everything's working.
