[rabbitmq-discuss] upgrading from 2.1.0 to 2.2.0 on Debian

The release notes for 2.2.0 [1] say that one should upgrade from 2.1.0 to
2.1.1 first.  My RabbitMQ server is running on a Debian machine, but I don't
see the .deb files for 2.1.1 anymore.  Can someone point me in the right
direction.
