Hi Y'all,

Commenting earlier on the Nagios HC we wrote in-house, I realized we
should probably release it. In case it's helpful to anyone else:

Just requires a copy of Python and the py-amqplib. As noted earlier,
this may not work on Rabbit 1.8.0 due to the change in behavior for
re-declaring existing queues.
