[rabbitmq-discuss] Rabbitmq server crash and no start more

The main issue with macs is how they grant IP addresses.  A search of
the list archives will reveal a number of irksome consequences of
this.  Unfortunately current network theory does not offer one agreed
elegant solution to this, so we and others have to use ad hoc
workarounds.
