Update: Actually the official spec downloadable from amqp.org specifies 
AMQP1191 for AMQP 0-8. I can only assume this is a typo. However most 
clients send AMQP1180. I apologise for impugning the good name of 
py-amqplib :)

Anyway, we've added this case to the protocol negotiation in the server. 
py-amqplib should work again.
