This runs fine for me under mono except for some weird pauses where 
neither the client or server seem to do anything. Increasing mono's 
thread pool size (setting MONO_THREADS_PER_CPU=2000) gets rid of the pauses.

Btw, the test should really delete the exchange & queue at the end, 
otherwise the server will be accumulating garbage over time.
