The RabbitMQ STOMP adapter includes both Ruby and Perl (Net::Stomp) 
examples.

IIRC, I developed the adapter by using manual Telnet and Net::Stomp for 
testing. I could be wrong though! Certainly the Ruby examples were 
checked in before the Perl ones.
