[rabbitmq-discuss] AMQP Administration

Colin,

I'm afraid the rabbitmqctl and .erl capability is where it's at,
today.  But that's not for want of trying.  The issue is that each
platform has its own management metaphor.  We would *really*
appreciate some community thinking and code here.  What do you say?
