[rabbitmq-discuss] RabbitMQ on Azure VM

Nope, actually discovered the issue. Seems the port 15672 was and is still
being blocked by the company firewall. Thanks for the 'breaking things'
post though as I didn't know about the guest account only accessible via
localhost.
