[rabbitmq-discuss] Couldn't see rabbitmq.log exchange under my vhost (ccrcrabbitmqcluster)

You're not supposed to be able to. Since logs are a broker-wide thing, 
there's only one amq.rabbitmq.log exchange, in the default vhost.
