[rabbitmq-discuss] Develop rabbitmq plugin on windows

I tried to to establish envirement on windows for start develop rabbitMQ
plugin.
i stuk now that during the build ,the escript failed to open(or not find)
the generate_deps file.

may i miss something? is this is something that should work on windows?
