An option to pin queues to nodes?

In the specific case of 2 nodes per queue, you can try
ha-mode “nodes”:

http://www.rabbitmq.com/ha.html

In the general case, however, I’m not sure how much complexity
queue pinning would entail. But I agree that for pushing 100s of GBs
or TBs of data, this kind of locality is very desirable.
