[rabbitmq-discuss] Building a release containing RabbitMQ

I managed to get it fixed and integrated in the build process. I wrote a small make file and copied the .app.src file.

I noticed that RabbitMQ depends on the Erlang library xmerl while this is not registered in the application descriptor supplied fro rabbitmq.
