If you look in the example configuration file which ships with RabbitMQ 
since 3.2.0 or can be seen at 
http://hg.rabbitmq.com/rabbitmq-server/file/2eb28fdd640f/docs/rabbitmq.config.example 
then you will see an example of how to set these parameters.
