[rabbitmq-discuss] rabbitmq-plugins not working

rabbitmq-plugins list does not take any arguments, it should just print 
a list of plugins. But it looks like your plugins dir (as considered by 
rabbitmq-plugins) does not contain anything.

The RPM install should set this up for you - but I wonder if you have 
some messed up install somehow? Did you just install from RPM, nothing else?

And are you actually running 2.7.1? Is that what the logs say? 2.7.1 is 
very old. Did you install 2.7.1 today or has it been there for three years?
