Hi,

the following crash log was seen in the sasl file on Windows, due to RabbitMq being unable to delete a file by the looks of it:

=ERROR REPORT==== 22-Jun-2014::13:32:28 ===
** Generic server <0.266.0> terminating
** Last message in was {'$gen_cast',{delete,241}}
** When Server state == {state,
                            {dict,0,16,16,8,80,48,
                                {[],[],[],[],[],[],[],[],[],[],[],[],[],[],[],
                                 []},
                                {{[],[],[],[],[],[],[],[],[],[],[],[],[],[],
                                  [],[]}}},
                            [],
                            {gc_state,
                                "c:/Documents and Settings/All Users/Application Data/RabbitMQ/db/rabbit at xxxx-mnesia/msg_store_persistent",
                                rabbit_msg_store_ets_index,
                                {state,360523,
                                    "c:/Documents and Settings/All Users/Application Data/RabbitMQ/db/rabbit at xxxx-mnesia/msg_store_persistent"},
                                356426,364620,<0.261.0>}}
** Reason for termination ==
** {{badmatch,{error,eacces}},
    [{rabbit_msg_store,safe_file_delete,3,[]},
     {rabbit_msg_store_gc,'-attempt_action/3-fun-0-',1,[]},
     {lists,'-filter/2-lc$^0/1-0-',2,[{file,"lists.erl"},{line,1271}]},
     {rabbit_msg_store_gc,attempt_action,3,[]},
     {rabbit_msg_store_gc,handle_cast,2,[]},
     {gen_server2,handle_msg,2,[]},
     {proc_lib,wake_up,3,[{file,"proc_lib.erl"},{line,249}]}]}

After this outage RabbitMq was not available and the slave did not promote itself for all of our virtual hosts.  In the case of such a problem as above should the erlsrv.exe not exit?  In our case Erlang was still running.  If the process had exited it could of been automatically restarted by the Windows service manager.

Thanks,

Justin
