What I need is a complete (and independent) communication service solution on WinCE, this means broker and clients.
The reason is that we have several components on a WinCE device which needs to be coupled by a messaging bus.

Therefore I asked whether RabbitMQ (as complete system) could be used on a WinCE platform.

RabbitMQ .NET client does not work with .NET compact. However, there is an MQTT client for Win CE 7 which you can use with RabbitMQ:
