[rabbitmq-discuss] The RabbitMQ can't restart when upgraded version 3.3.0

Please keep rabbitmq-discuss on CC.
So it sounds like you have two RabbitMQ installations on top of each
other. Probably the easiest way forward is to remove /usr/local/rabbitmq
and re-run "make install".
In general though we recommend use of OS-specific packages or the binary
tarball, "make install" requires more fiddling to use correctly.
