[rabbitmq-discuss] Process for updating RabbitMQ Version 3.0.1 and 3.1.1 to 3.3.x?

I'm not sure if I downloaded the package and installed manually or with 
apt-get (Running Ubuntu).

Is there documentation on this upgrade process?
