[rabbitmq-discuss] Going crazy solving PRECONDITION_FAILED

I don't understand how this is possible. I submitted one message to a
queue. It should execute a downstream service for that queue. The other
consumer subscription is subscribing to a different queue. So, it's hard
to understand how it's "double ack/reject" on the same delivery.
