[rabbitmq-discuss] Multiple connection.blocked and connection.unblocked events received in listener

Hi,

I am experimenting the connection.blocked and connection.unblocked events.

What I am surprised by is that each time the connection is blocked or
unblocked there is not just one event received by the BlockedListener
registered with the connection but around 10-20.

Is this expected behavior?

I am using 3.2.3 and the Java client api.
