[rabbitmq-discuss] handleShutdownSignal consumer callback

Hi,

I was wondering if it's necessary or best practice to handle consumer
callback service for "handleShutdownSignal".  For basicConsume, I'm
handling "handleDelivery", and "handleCancel".
