[rabbitmq-discuss] Rabbitmq upgrade from 2.8.7 version to 3.2.3 version

 Hello Team ,

   Shall we upload the same 2.8.7 rabbit-machine.json config files
(queue and vhosts information ? to new version 3.2.3  ?

Can you please update whether it break anything ? because 2.8.7 has
x-ha-policy-all .
