[rabbitmq-discuss] unable to login to management console after 3.3 upgrade of rabbitmq

well i am only able to login with monitoring user but not the regular 
application user?
what could be the cause?

did the upgrade from 3.1 to 3.3 cause this?
or
is it ec2 amazon configuration?
