For boring technical reasons to do with our rather complicated release 
process. We hope to fix this at some point, but "at some point" might be 
quite a way off.

If it's any consolation you can download older debs from 
http://www.rabbitmq.com/releases/rabbitmq-server/

Hopefully a month or so. You can download nightly builds from:

http://www.rabbitmq.com/nightly-builds.html
