[rabbitmq-discuss] ANN HotBunnies 2.0.0.pre13 is released

HotBunnies [1] is an easy to use, feature complete, fast JRuby client for RabbitMQ.

2.0.0.pre13 is a bug fix release, the last one before 2.0.0.rc1.
