The node you are connecting to is not reachable from the client's machine
or you did not specify the host/port/vhost/credentials correctly.

Please check that port 5672 (or 5671, if you use TLS) is accessible. You can verify
it using telnet or similar. It very well may be a firewall configuration issue.
