[rabbitmq-discuss] Challenges with Windows 7, No FQDN, IP as node name

Hi All,

Struggling with this issue a bit wondering if anyone could shed some light,
appreciate it.

rabbitmq windows service running perfectly without even modifying "hosts"
file to include the IP.

Trouble is with the

>rabbitmqctl status throws the following exception:
