[rabbitmq-discuss] if  stop RabbitMq Server Service,	the Server  try  to  create  'queues'  folder ?

Use rabbitmqctl report to see RAM usage breakdown.
How much RAM does your machine have? If it is lower than needed for all the
queues *and* messages in them, you are likely to see OS swapping.
