[rabbitmq-discuss] HTTP subscriber for Windows

Mahida,

https://github.com/brc859844/rabbithub includes pointers to RabbitHub
binary distributions for RabbitMQ 3.2.1 and 3.1.5. Note that these have
been built with Erlang 16B.
