[rabbitmq-discuss] HTTP subscriber for Windows

Hi Michael,

Thanks for your time. Yes, I have checked RabbitMQ HTTP API and it will 
be useful to me.
But my concern is about Subscriber over HTTP. I would like to do 
something, where Subscriber gets a Call back for its GET request with 
HTTP to server.

I hope that I am clear enough to understand.
