If you'd like us to investigate the causes of memory consumption then
please provide the output of "rabbitmqctl report".

If you upgrade to the latest version then you get greater control over
when the broker starts paging messages to disk. See the
vm_memory_high_watermark_paging_ratio setting in
https://www.rabbitmq.com/configure.html
