[rabbitmq-discuss] tag rabbitmq_v3_0_4 missing from rabbitmq-web-dispatch

Oh, noooo.

Upgraded to hg 2.6.1, trying "hg tags" in the rabbitmq-web-dispatch directory and still see no tags for 3.0.3, 3.0.4 and 3.1.1 (but see 3.1.0, so the repo is not outdated).

Tried on a different machine with hg 2.1.2: I can see 3.0.3 and 3.0.4 there, but no 3.1.1.

Other repos seem to be ok, the update fails only at the rabbitmq-web-dispatch.

I would give it a try, that definitely works for me. (Using hg 2.5.4)
