[rabbitmq-discuss] reconfigure existing queue with dead letter exchange.

Sorry, this is probably a totally stupid beginners question...

Is it somehow possible to reconfigure an already existing queue and attach 
an x-dead-letter-exchange parameter, e.g. with `rabbitmqctl`, or does the 
DL-exchange have to be specified during queue creation?
