[rabbitmq-discuss] /api/connections doesn't report interval in 3.1

Seems to be an undocumented change in the mgmt http api, 
/api/connections doesn't include the "interval" property under
"recv_oct_details" and "send_oct_details". Can I assume that it always is
5000000 (5 seconds)?
