[rabbitmq-discuss] [rabbitmq_discuss]more time to publish

Hi,

We r trying to publish 256 bytes of messages and there are 500 consumers
consuming(bindedto an exchange).

It is observed that time taken to publish for 500 consumers is  mo're than
the time taken to publish for 1 consume.

Could you please let us know why this discrepancy happening and how to
improve the performance.

Someone please help.
