Reddy,
You need more than just 5672 and 4367 open on the firewall. See comments
about inet_dist_listen_min and inet_dist_listen_max at
http://karlgrz.com/rabbitmq-highly-available-queues-and-clustering-using-amazon-ec2/.
May or may not be the problem - would need more info to say for sure.
