[rabbitmq-discuss] Single Consumer for Queues

Is anyone aware of a way to force only one consumer of a queue.  I am not 
looking for an exclusive queue since that behavior deletes the queue when 
the channel is closed.  I need to allow only one consumer on the queue and 
have it not be deleted after disconnect.
