[rabbitmq-discuss] not able to fix the frame size as 0

I created a rabbitmq.config file in /etc/rabbitmq/ to set the frame_max size

[
    {rabbit, [{frame_max ,0 }]}
  ].

But its not reading from the file.


Please help.
