Thanks for the analysis. It appears the Clink behaves differently
depending on whether a space follows the "/c" shell flag. I would
hesitate to call this a bug, because the Windows shell is so poorly
specified, but this is a significant syntax difference.

A future version of the broker will work correctly when Clink is
installed. Keep an eye on the release notes for when that happens. In
the meantime you are advised to avoid Clink, or don't rely on accurate
disk-free space monitoring.
