[rabbitmq-discuss] Cannot start Rabbit with rabbitmq_management enabled

I'm running Rabbit 3.1.0   on CENTOS5.6.
Server starts fine until  rabbitmq_management  is enabled.
I don't have custom rabbitmq.config.
Any ideas how I debug this?
