The most likely cause of this error is if you tried to remove the
RabbitMQ service using a different tool, such as SC. The best advice
then is to re-install the broker. First uninstall both RabbitMQ and
Erlang and make sure that no registry entries remain under
HKLM/SOFTWARE/Ericsson/Erlang/ErlSrv
