[rabbitmq-discuss] Not able to enable Plugin Configuration

Hi 

window server 2008

I installed -
Erlang 5.10.2
RabbitMQ sql server 3.1.3

I didn't get any error
But i not able to see service in service.msc

I went through this artical

And i am already using RabbitMQ in my machine , and its working fine .
