[rabbitmq-discuss] Federation Plugin

Hello.

I can't set up Federation Plugin. I do everything according to the 
description (http://www.rabbitmq.com/federation.html), but messages don`t 
repost to second node.
I have 2 nodes: node1 and node2
The node2 i set up:

rabbitmqctl set_parameter federation-upstream my-upstream 
'{"uri":"amqp://node1","expires":3600000}'

...ok...

rabbitmqctl set_policy federate-me "^amq\." 
'{"federation-upstream-set":"all"}'

...ok... 

When i publish messages to node2, i don't see them on node1 ...

What am I doing wrong?
