[rabbitmq-discuss] RabbitMQAdmin declare parameters

So been trying to figure this out for a bit, had to toss a question to the
group.  I'm trying to use on 3.0.1 rabbitmqadmin to create an exchange with
an alternate-exchange.  I can patch the rabbitmqadmin command to add that
functionality (per
http://old.nabble.com/-PATCH--rabbitmqadmin-support-for-mirrored-queues-and-alternate-exchanges-p33369697.html

But rather than doing that, I was looking to see if I could pass arguments
to the creation of the exchange somehow.  Any advice on this?
