[rabbitmq-discuss] SSL using ssl offloading load balancer

Okay I found the problem.

Setting the ssl server name (connectionFactory.Ssl.ServerName = "blop")
overwrite the connectionFactory.Ssl.Enabled value to false, even if it was
previously set to true.

So I MUST execute the configuration in the correct order... (pretty
frustrating). First the server name, and AFTER the ssl.Enabled setting.
