[rabbitmq-discuss] unable to join to cluster nodes

hi MK

at joining cluster step i am getting following error.

[root at localhost ~]# rabbitmqctl join_cluster rabbit at 10.0.0.190
Clustering node rabbit at localhost with 'rabbit at 10.0.0.190' ...
Error: {cannot_discover_cluster,"The nodes provided are either offline or
not running"}
