[rabbitmq-discuss] Using Management HTTP API to get Message Rates

The "Queues" tab of the RabbitMQ Management UI will show Message Rates 
(Publish, Deliver, Redelivered, Acknowledge in msg/s)  in the Overview 
section.

It is not clear to me whether the same information is available in the 
Management HTTP API.
Can anyone advise on what is possible?
