Yes.  Using Buildout, RabbitMQ gets built with everything else and I 
don't have to think about it.

"Ouch?"  No.  The recipe is simple and works.  I suspect the recipe is 
intended to support Windows as well (most Buildout recipes do), but I've 
never tried that.
